We successfully appealed a Local Authority decision to grant permission for the extraction of sand and gravel at Dunlavin Co. Wicklow. The development was appealed on the basis that the proposed haul route is too narrow and structurally inadequate to accommodate the additional HGV arising from the site, resulting in the creation of a serious traffic hazard.
