Hearings are fast tracked to the tribunal where enforceable judgements can be turned around quickly. Our experience to date in this field lies in representing our clients for compulsory purchase order (CPO) arbitrations.

We have experience in making representations on behalf of our clients at the early planning stages of road schemes to affect changes to the proposed alignment; and we have also represented our clients to alter road design schemes before during or after construction.
