We successfully appealed a Local Authority decision to grant a redevelopment of Boyne Rovers FC grounds from the existing ground in Drogheda to Carstown (3km south of Drogheda) on behalf of a local residential association. The appeal was based on numerous grounds, one of which was that the new grounds would be located in a rural area where the road network is substandard and not capable of accommodating development generated traffic.
