We were commissioned to prepare preliminary and detailed designs for individual street upgrades within the town centre as part of the Carlow Town Urban Renewal Scheme. The objectives of the scheme were to optimise on-street parking; whilst providing additional facilities for vulnerable road users. As part of the scheme we also developed an enhanced traffic management system for the town centre.
