We strenuously recommend that feasibility and site selection studies should be undertaken for major developments, since the input required is not significant and the minor costs for engaging us up front can result in major savings further down the line.

Materials Recovery Facility, Enniscorthy Co. Wexford

Our client, Greenstar Holdings Ltd., identified three potential sites for a proposed Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) on the northern outskirts of Enniscorthy. We were charged with assessing each site from a roads and transportation view point and recommending a preferred site based on these issues. Once the preferred site was identified a planning application outlining proposals to develop the site was submitted and planning permission was subsequently granted.
