This is a large development of a 66 acre site on the outskirts of Navan, consisting of residential, community, recreation and employment land uses. The objective of the assessment was to indentify the incremental impact of traffic arising from the phased development of the entire lands. To achieve this, an area wide model of Navan was set up using S-Paramics micro-simulation software.
