We successfully appealed a Local Authority decision to grant a second access into the existing Tesco supermarket off Port Road in Letterkenny on behalf of a local retailer. The appeal was based on the grounds that the proposed access location was inappropriate in terms of location, safety and geometry, resulting in an unacceptable roads and traffic hazard.
