Bewleys Ltd. had proposed to construct 23No additional bedrooms at the existing hotel site at Newlands Cross in South Dublin. A parking study was required to quantify existing patronage over a busy bank holiday weekend and assess whether the proposed development would result in congestion issues within the site. The study showed that whilst parking demand was high, the proposed development would be sustainable from a parking point of view.
