MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT AT UPPER DOMINIC STREET

Description

As part of a proposed residential/office/retail/art studio development on Upper Dominic Street , we were commissioned to undertake a MMP ain conjunction with a TIA. The development site will ultimately be served by the proposed Luas Line BXD which will run from O’Connell Street to Liffey Junction. In order to encourage a shift from car travel to more sustainables travel modes we recommended that the developer should actively raise public transport awareness, provide facilities for cyclists and implement a parking management system.
